On the last weekend of November Kimberly Wiefling, leadership development coach, came all the way from California to teach our new HSLP students about management and team leadership skills. This two-day workshop was filled with many projects that built students confidence, their critical evaluation skills and broadened their viewpoints on how to be a leader, from concept of an idea to fruition. It was impressive to see even shy students come out of their comfort zones to present skits in front of the class. Way to go HSLPers!
