The 4th collaboration between Waseda University and TMDU's Global Education & Career Development Office was organized by Waseda ICC and held at Okuma Garden Place on Waseda's campus. We had more than 30 participants which included Japanese and international students from Waseda and TMDU, and visiting medical students from The University of Western Australia. From the very first moment, participants were active and showed a desire to share their own experiences and insights on the topic, “To Make Japan an International Society.”

These events are great opportunities, not only for practicing English and sharpening discussion and debate skills, but also for networking with students from a wide variety of schools and majors, plus sharing future career goals, and cultural backgrounds. We would like to send a huge thank you to all of the participants who joined us on such a cloudy day and made for an exciting and fruitful session. We also thank Waseda ICC staff who worked very hard to prepare for this event. We look forward to YOUR participation at the next Discussion Café in January!
