新入生を対象とした、国際保健問題を題材とする英語模擬交渉ワークショップ "Global Communication Workshop" が、今年も始まりました。5月16日（土）を皮切りに、6月まで計4回行われます。今年は過去最高の152名もがエントリーしてくれました。また今年から、スーパーグローバル大学創成支援事業の一環として、医学/医療分野におけるグローバルなキャリアに興味を持つ高校生にも門戸を広げたいという考えから、早速第１回目は日比谷高校および筑波大学付属駒場高校から2名ずつをご招待しました。交渉では、暗礁に乗り上げ決裂しかけた議論を何とか前に進めようと、皆さん必死に挑みました。高校生の皆さんも大活躍：先輩達を圧巻する活躍で交渉に貢献する場面が何度も見られました！参加されたすべての皆さんにとって、貴重な “Goal Setting” の機会になりました。

This was our third year to hold GCW, an all-English event for students to experience being a stakeholder in negotiations concerning a global topic. A difference this year was inviting high school students. The mix of high school students, undergrad and graduate students made for very exciting negotiations. We would like to express our gratitude to all participants who, because of their passion for learning, had the courage to give this workshop their best effort.
