Yesterday the first class of the Academic English Course, just one of the offerings of Graduate-School Health Sciences Leadership Program, was held. We had a good showing with 23 students from nine different countries; from dental, medical, research and health care sciences fields of study. Discussion was lively and all students seemed to have a great time getting to know one another. This course is a good chance to not only improve your speaking, writing, and presentation skills, but to meet grad students from other departments.
