We have been holding a series of events called “Find-Your-Role-Model” Session to provide students with opportunities to interact with TMDU alumni and worldwide leaders in health sciences. Through this roundtable-type, relaxed atmosphere event, we hope students will be able to find their role models in order to facilitate their career development in becoming future global leaders.

In this FYRM, we will host Dr. Toshihisa Satta, Clinical Fellow in Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Virginia Commonwealth University. After graduating from TMDU in 2012, Dr. Satta completed his residency at Yokosuka Kyosai Hospital. After brief transition period in hematology department, he moved to the USA for Internal Medicine residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel through N program. Currently he is in clinical fellowship training for Hematology and Medical Oncology concurrent with translational research in AML.

This session will be carried out in a round-table discussion format, and will cover the following points. Everyone is welcome to join us in a hearty discussion.
